Is there a kit kat update for the Galaxy S4 Mini? My phone says it's up to date but it still has jelly bean. I think every other carrier now has Kit Kat available for the s4 mini, but not AT&T. Any knowledge about whether it's available and, if not, when?

It seems there are issues... I tried to update through Wi-fi and it started.. But stopped... Now says I have to check back etc.... I changed date.... Same thing happened some kind of error... When is the S4 Active going to get any kind of support for an update.  We are still stuck on 4.4.2 while the regular S4 has been on 4.4.4 for months now and that was even after thier 2nd update of 4.4.2.
